Mechanical Assembler Machine Assembly Technician
Bausch Advanced Technologies is a Pharmaceutical Packing Equipment Manufacturing Company. We have need for a machine assembler who is experienced with Electro-mechanical components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions,blueprint specifications,and parts list,gathering parts,subassemblies,tools and materials. Must have prior experience assembling complex machines from blueprints.
2) Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
3) Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
4) Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
5) Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications,notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
6) Keeps equipment operational by completing PM requirements,following manufacturer's instructions,troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs.
7) Maintain Safe and Clean working enviornment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
8) Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
